greetings. Basically, every one of you are using a mobile phone "armed".
The mobile phone can and will be a wide Kommunikatonsplattform.
We distinguish between two groups of mobile phone users:
guests and residents.
residents have "officially" no cell phone. ie they can do not use it to communicate to the outside. Please Clearly mark your phone with a red tape (see the color "RED" in our Con rules) and switches the phone on your vibrating alert.
guests have a cell phone and can and should use it of course.

Why all this effort with the phones?
